SECTION 6 – PRICING & TAXATION

All prices displayed on balloonee.eu are shown in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Cross-border VAT treatment follows EU distance selling regulations and the One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme where applicable.

Shipping fees are clearly displayed during checkout.

SECTION 7 – ORDERS & PAYMENT

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

  • Products unsealed after delivery for safety reasons

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where prohibited under EU law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

My Energy LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Misuse of products
  • Improper storage
  • Failure to follow safety instructions

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
